Our FAQ’s will help answer many of your Event/Wedding Floral inquiries. 

Our floral team believes in creating a personalized & unique experience with each one of our clients. With our Floral Consultations, we are able to reflect your personality and style into your floral designs. Consultations also offer us a great detailed insight into your Event’s exact Floral needs, which then allows us to provide a Proposal with accurate investment costs. Any questions/additional ideas you might need from us can also be discussed. Consultations typically take about 45 mins to an hr. Please be sure to have all necessary details regarding your event such as; event date, time, venue, desired budget range, # of guests/tables, size of bridal party.

Each Event is unique & total cost will vary depending on each individual need & Event size. Once we finish our Consultation, our Florist will be able to provide a detailed Proposal highlighting your investment amount.

 

Events typically require many different Floral Pieces such as centerpieces, bouquets, installations and so forth. This requires a lot of calculation by the Florist to accurately define the amount of florals & materials needed for your Event, along with the availability & pricing of specific seasonal Florals needed.

For our smaller event packages that do not require any installations, set-up or extensive labor from our floral team, there is no minimum. 

For our full service Floral Services requiring extensive labor, set up & Installations, our current minimum is $3,500. This is due to the time required to design each floral event as it typically requires us to clear our calendar for 2+ days in order to prep for your Event (known as Design & Event Days).

We have provided a good pricing guide as part of our floral blog featured in our Weddings & Events Page. Your # of Guests/Tables offer a great insight into your estimated floral investment.

Often times your floral vision might exceed your desired budget. You might look at an Inspo photo & not realize that it might take hundreds of florals just to create that one look. And we get it! You’re not responsible for knowing these things – we are! And because we are aware of these dilemmas we have a process through the Proposal Stage; We will always price your exact desired floral vision. If minimizing the floral budget is required – we will make our professional suggestions on how to reduce these costs by either using other floral varieties, opting for very similar alternatives or minimizing the scale of floral designs. Please keep in mind we are willing and able to help through this process. Although each individual Florist might have slightly different labor fees, we have no control over current market pricing of florals, materials, equipment, etc.

We accept all payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, Cash & Certified bank checks.

In order to clear our calendar for your Event Date & secure our services, a non-refundable 25% deposit is due upon agreement of contract. 

Our Refund policy differs with each individual cancellation & depends on circumstances & time frame of cancellation prior to event. Once we book your event in our calendar, we withdraw our availability to other events. Florals, materials & equipments are also pre-ordered weeks to months prior to your event. As a result, your 25% initial deposit is non refundable. We have a very flexible rescheduling in the event of family emergencies, natural disasters & personal situations. Our refund policy is highlighted in your contract with greater details.

Weddings & Events are booked anywhere from a year + to months in advanced so in order to secure our services for your event date, you should book your florist as soon as your venue and estimated guest count is secured.

Your final payment is due 4-6 weeks prior to your event date. Your payment due date will be included in your Proposal. A reminder of your payment’s due date will be sent weeks prior.

Events require pre-planning, pre-ordering & conditioning of Florals, Materials & Tools. In addition, floral recipe creations and team work are also required. Designing the Florals for any Event is time intensive- requiring many days of planning & ordering as well as hours of prepping & designing.

A labor fee of 25% is outlined in your Proposal.
